Terms of Service
Payment- Upfront payment; split payment of 50/50 by commissions higher than 500€ (half up front and half upon completion).
- Payment via PayPal and in Euro only.
Commercial use- To use the work for commercial purposes, you must pay the commercial license
- The Client is prohibited from using personal commission for commercial uses
Refunds and cancellation- No refunds. In case the Client pays a split payment and cancels the commission, the Artist will keep the first half, as well as the artwork, and will owe the Client nothing further
- Exception: In case the Artist is unable to complete the project, full refund will be arranged.
- The Client is prohibited from using any of the work in progress personally or commercially if the commission is cancelled.
